Important Registration Notice!

Registration to receive toys closed as of November 30th. However, we do have an active waitlist in the event we have excess toys. If you are a family in need that did not previously register for Hope for the Holidays with either the Community Crisis Center or the Salvation Army Elgin Corps, please complete our wish list form by clicking here and following all the directions. We will contact you with information on whether we were able to fill your waitlist.

 

Toy Pick-up

Elgin’s Hope for the Holiday’s toy recipients should have received a confirmation letter at their in-person appointment, or via email if registration occurred virtually over Zoom. Please refer to this letter for your specific pick-up day and time. When you come to receive your toys, you will need to have your picture ID and your Family Code number listed on your confirmation paperwork.

We encourage you to make every attempt to retrieve your toys at the day and time listed on your paperwork. If for some reason you cannot pick up your toys at the listed time, please email us at elginshopefortheholidays@gmail.com.
